Dawson Terrace Community Center
Dawson Terrace Community Center all-electric building is a combination of a historic old structure and a 1960s-era addition. AIRE completed a lighting retrofit and replaced the electric water heater in 2009, cutting energy use more than 20 percent. We replaced an aging heat pump with a high efficiency model in 2010, which contributed to a strong decrease in energy use in 2011.
