Equipment Division
This full-service vehicle maintenance and repair facility includes an extensive compressed air system, hydraulic lifts, and operates 18 plus hours per day, all of which make it an energy-intensive building. A new, more efficient air compressor was installed in mid-2009, accompanied by a tune-up of the entire compressed air system. This change brought a noticeable improvement in electricity use. In 2010, retrofits were completed on the facility’s exterior lighting.
