Fire Station 4 & Fire Marshal–Clarendon Fire Station
AIRE retrofitted the lighting in Fire Station 4 in 2008, cutting electricity use. Additional work on HVAC controls and a new water heater in 2009 helped cut energy use further. This fire station shows low energy use in 2012 due to other building improvements that left the building unoccupied for part of the year.
