Woodmont Center
The Woodmont Community Center houses a YWCA gymnastics program, services for the developmentally disabled, library archives, and other County storage. In 2010, AIRE completed a series of retrofits, including replacement of doors and windows, replacement of the gym’s roof-top unit and heat pumps serving other parts of the building, and the replacement of a large conventional water heater with a tankless water heater. The increase in gas use largely due to using natural gas to heat the gym.
