DESCRIPTION:<p>The Community Energy Advisory Group is charged with advising
  the County Manager and staff on the development of a Community Energy Imp
 lementation Workplan and preparation of the final Community Energy Plan.  
 The Implementation Workplan will identify the specific actions necessary t
 o finalize the Community Energy Plan\, which will be adopted by the County
  Board as a new element of the County Comprehensive Plan.</p>\n<p>The Advi
 sory Group meets quarterly.  Additional information will be emailed to Adv
